We’ll need to exercise our Emotional Intelligence and common sense on the New Moon at 15° 47′ Pisces on 6 March 2019, 08:05 AM PST. Neptune conjoins the Pisces Sun and Moon, deepening the feeling of being far underwater. If it wasn’t for patient Saturn in Capricorn and Mars in Taurus providing ballast to the Pisces stellium, we would probably find ourselves floating off into Never-Never land.
A waxing trine between Mars in Taurus and Saturn in Capricorn is the base of a small triangle with the Sun, Moon and Neptune in Pisces at the apex. Mars and Saturn will work hard to keep us anchored in reality and perhaps provide the necessary focus to turn our dreams into reality. It may take time and consistent effort to make this happen but it is doable.
Adding to the overall sense of confusion is Mercury in Pisces, currently at a standstill having stationed retrograde a few hours before the New Moon. Mercury in Pisces tends to rely on its ability to pull seemly unrelated facts together using intuition which drives those who prefer logical, linear thinking nuts. If we use our intuition (Pisces) to sort through the data during the decision making process as well as applying common sense (Capricorn), we might be OK. However it would be better to hold off on making critical choices until the fog lifts if at all possible.
An interesting out-of-sign semi-sextile between Mercury in Pisces to Uranus in Taurus could prove helpful too. Uranus in Taurus is going to encourage us to look at alternatives to the tried and true methods Taurus typically supports . . . something to take into consideration during the decision making process.
Quirky Venus in Aquarius is widely square Uranus at 0° Taurus which makes for an interesting situation. We may find ourselves being attracted to people and situations outside our comfort zones. Aquarius and Taurus are fixed signs, so what may start out as a fling could turn into something far more lasting.
This New Moon in Pisces has plenty of potential for making a fresh start as long as we don’t get in too big of a hurry. Mercury won’t station direct until March 28 and the fog may not completely lift until the first week in April. This is a good time to gather information and allow ideas to simmer before taking action. Patience and persistence are going to be needed as we move through the final days of Pisces Season . . . and even more so once Aries Season bursts on to the scene. For now it may be enough to be present in the moment and tune into the ebb and flow of Life. Peace and Love to all.
