The Pisces moon can be very emotional though it has an
outlet through art, poetry and creativity in general and today was tailor made
for those activities as the Sun in Cancer, also a water sign reinforces these
gifts. While Pisces and Cancer natives can be quite nurturing and caring
(excellent cooks, nurses, etc.) they can also be very protective of their
emotions and can withdraw from others in order to protect themselves when their
feelings become overwhelming. The Pisces moon makes a trine (120 degrees) to the
Cancer sun (7am EST). We should take this time to enjoy our loved ones and
shower them with our love and indulge in creative pursuits. However, emotions
can run high and during this time we should avoid people and situations that
are upsetting and unsympathetic because Pisces, as well as Cancer are very
sensitive, and being water signs, tend to absorb the negativity around them. It
would be very easy to get our feelings hurt, especially for water and earth
signs and those of us with important planets and points in Cancer, Pisces and
Scorpio. The tension from the Uranus (Aries)/ Pluto (Capricorn) square is
affecting all of us, both personally and collectively, and at this time it
could seep into our emotional landscape causing depression and frustration. If
we are careful what we expose ourselves to (negative people, situations and
vibrations) we can get through these difficult times much more easily.
