In October 2012 Saturn will enter Scorpio and spend the next two plus years in Mutual Reception with Pluto in Capricorn. Mutual Reception exists when the ruler of one sign is in the sign the other planet rules, i.e. Pluto rules Scorpio and Saturn rules Capricorn. The most recent example of two outer planets in this relationship was when Uranus, Aquarius’s ruler, was in Pisces and Neptune, Pisces’s ruler, was/is in Aquarius.
