“I write all the time. I have to express / communicate or the energy backs up on me. I exercise for the same reason. If I don’t I’ve got big trouble. The energy backs up on me and I get.. crazy. I feel a lot of angst…”
I think we’re responsible for managing our energy so it does not impact others in a negative way. I feel like a thoroughbred race horse. The horse is born to run, this is reason it’s here. The horse’s life consists of getting ready to run, running and then recovering from running.
